Urgent Web Designer Employment Contract

Weekly Pay: $17,500 + up to $2,500/week bonus

Introduction
We’re hiring 4 Web Designers to craft high-end, responsive, UX-driven websites for global clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Create responsive layouts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Apply brand and accessibility standards
• Ensure seamless handoff to developers
Position Type & Work Terms
• Freelance, remote, flexible
• No deliverables = no pay
• 1-Month Probation: Help the team meet 400 websites/5 days goal. Failure = termination
Confidentiality & IP (NDA)
• NDA mandatory; all design work remains Company IP
Compensation & Bonus
• Base: $17,500/week
• Bonus: Up to $2,500/week for exceptional output or hitting acceleration targets
• Paid via PayPal escrow/bonuses
Reporting & Tools
• Submit weekly designs to the Founder; update tracker
Upwork Compliance
All communications and payments on paypal
