Project Overview: We are a new retail startup specializing in high-end, artistic wall clocks. We are looking for a skilled freelance website designer and developer to create a new e-commerce website from the ground up. The site needs to reflect the unique, premium, and artistic nature of our products through a visually stunning and modern design. The ideal freelancer will have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design sensibility and proven e-commerce development skills, ideally with experience using Shopify or BigCommerce. We need a market-driven concept, optimized for search and AI search, loading speed, visually attractive, easy-to-use cart; otherwise, we have all the usual goals:

Key Business Goals:
• Establish a Premium Brand Identity: Create a website that positions our company as a luxury/high-end brand, using clean layouts and sophisticated typography.
• Drive Sales and Conversions: Build an intuitive and frictionless shopping experience to maximize conversions.
• Showcase Products Visually: Use high-resolution images and creative gallery layouts to highlight the detail and quality of our curated artistic clocks.
• Provide a Seamless User Experience (UX): Ensure a modern, responsive design that looks and works beautifully on all devices, especially mobile.

Scope of Work and Deliverables:
•Creative Brief and Wireframes:
-Discovery session to define the website's brand aesthetic and user flow.
-Development of wireframes for key pages (homepage, product page, cart, checkout, etc.).
• Custom Design and Mockups:
-Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups for all major site pages using a tool like Figma.
-Focus on a clean, minimalist design that emphasizes product photography.
• Website Development:
-Set up and configure the BigCommerce e-commerce platform.
-Develop a fully functional, mobile-responsive website based on the approved design.
-Integrate a user-friendly CMS for easy content and product management.
• E-commerce Functionality:
-Product page with high-quality image galleries, product descriptions, and "Add to Cart" functionality.
-Secure shopping cart and checkout process with multiple payment options (credit card, PayPal, Apple
Pay, etc.).
-Customer account creation and management.
• Additional Features:
-Integrate customer reviews and testimonials.
-Set up email marketing list integration.
-Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
