Travel Agent Multi-Site WP Template

I’m building a WordPress multisite network for independent travel agents and I need a modern, clean template that can be duplicated effortlessly. The site is strictly informational—no ecommerce—so the focus is on showcasing special offers, introducing the agent, and capturing leads.

Key objectives
• One master theme that installs smoothly on multisite and spins up a new site in a few clicks.
• Six distinct “skins” (colour palettes, typography, and layout tweaks) so each agent can choose a look that matches their brand.
• Front-end edits for non-technical users: agents must be able to swap their logo and contact details, refresh hero images and limited-time offers, and publish blog posts without touching code. The WordPress Customizer, ACF Flexible Content, or a lightweight page-builder are all fine as long as the workflow stays simple.

Deliverables
– Production-ready parent theme plus 6 child themes/skins
– Sample demo content for offers, blog, and lead form
– Clear, agent-friendly guide (PDF or video) showing how to:
• change logo & contact info
• update hero/offer sections
• add or edit blog posts
– All source files (PSD/Sketch/Figma) for the design assets

Acceptance criteria
1. A fresh multisite install can activate the parent theme, select any skin, and look identical to your demos.
2. An end-user with Editor role can complete the three customisation tasks above in under ten minutes.
3. Core Web Vitals pass on desktop and mobile without additional optimisation plugins.
