Traditional Political Blog Setup

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a simple, traditional political blog hosted on Bluehost. The blog should have 4 or 5 pages, including:

- Logo/Home Page
- About Us
- 3 Posting Sections for My Comments and Questions
- Contact Form
- Book Ad (No E-commerce)

Reader interaction should be via a comments section. The design should be modern and clean.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Bluehost
- Proficient in creating traditional and formal blog layouts
- Knowledge of comment integration for reader interaction
- Strong design skills for a clean, professional look
