I’m building an online magazine aimed at business readers and need the entire site created around a clean, professional template. The job covers layout, copy, imagery, and basic on-page SEO so that the site is ready to go live the moment we sign off.

Core scope
• Select a modern, responsive template (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and adapt it to suit a Business-magazine aesthetic.
• Write all page copy in a clear, formal tone that matches the professional audience.
• Source high-quality, royalty-free images that reinforce each article and section.
• Set up foundational SEO: logical URL structure, meta titles & descriptions, H-tag hierarchy, alt text, XML sitemap and submission, plus an SEO-friendly robots.txt.

Acceptance
The site should load correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile, achieve a minimum 90/100 on Google PageSpeed for each, and pass basic SEO audits (no missing titles, duplicate metas, or broken links). All text must be original and proof-read.
