Tech-Focused Responsive Website Build

I need a short-term partner to create a clean, professional site for my small IT services business. The look should feel unmistakably “tech” but remain minimal, fast, and SEO-friendly. Think streamlined typography, subtle motion, dark-on-light contrast—nothing that slows the load time.

Core pages are straightforward—Home, Services, About, and Contact—built in plain HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript so I can maintain it easily later. The layout must respond smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile, follow solid UI/UX practices, and observe basic accessibility such as semantic headings, alt text, and readable color contrast.

A functional contact form is the only special feature I need; submissions should route to my email (server-side script or a lightweight serverless service is fine). No booking systems or live chat for now.
