Tablet Mode Website Enhancement

I need my current website optimized for tablet mode, as it's currently designed for desktop and mobile views.

Requirements:
- Layout adjustments and font size optimization specifically for the tablet mode.
- The contact page, as well as the header and footer across all pages, need layout adjustments.
- Optimization for iPad, Android tablets, and large tablets (10 inches and above).

Ideal Skills and Experience:
