Systeme.io Site Design & Automation

Job ID: 40138776

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m interested in moving forward with this Systeme.io website and funnel project and would like to clearly align on the scope and expectations before we proceed. I’m sharing this in detail because I plan to launch more websites and digital products in the future, so setting things up cleanly and in a scalable way from the start is very important to me.

I’ve already designed the website structure and content flow using Gamma, but due to platform and integration limitations, I couldn’t directly move it into Systeme.io. The design direction, structure, and content logic are already defined, and what I’m looking for now is a clean and professional execution inside Systeme.io.

Also, just to clarify upfront: payment gateway integration will be completed after the website goes live, as gateway approval depends on a live website. We can proceed with the full website, funnel, and automation setup in parallel, and connect the payment gateway once approval is completed.

Scope Alignment (Please Review)
1. Website & Pages

Functional Systeme.io website

Single long-form homepage (approx. 10–12 sections, originally designed in Gamma)

This is one main page, not multiple separate pages

Landing page (conversion-focused)

Thank you page

Mobile-friendly / responsive design

Custom domain integration (final domain name will be shared later)

Hosting setup within Systeme.io

Speed optimization

Social media icons

Navigation menu (Home, About, Contact, Resources, Legal)

2. Funnel, Checkout & Payments

Complete sales funnel setup

Checkout page setup

Payment gateway integration (post website go-live and approval)

Mandatory buyer selection before purchase:
Checkout must include 3–4 mandatory checkbox options, where the buyer must select at least one option before payment, for example:

I agree to Terms & Conditions

I agree to T&C and I’m interested in online classes if available in the future

I agree to T&C and I’m interested in free giveaways (if available)

Payment should not proceed unless one option is selected.

3. Buyer Tagging & Automations

Automatic tagging of buyers based on checkbox selection

Buyer segmentation into different categories based on selected option

Email automation setup

Autoresponder integration

Automatic unsubscribe functionality

I should have the ability to edit tags, rules, and automations myself after handover.

4. Digital Product / Course Setup

Digital product / course upload

Source file upload (PDF or other digital format)

Buyer access and delivery configuration

Important clarifications:

No misleading claims such as “lifetime access”

No free future modules unless explicitly purchased

5. Legal, Compliance & Disclaimers

Terms & Conditions page

Privacy Policy page

Clear No refund policy (digital product)

Clear No job guarantee / no placement guarantee statement

Support response time clearly stated (72–96 hours)

Disclaimers to be visible on:

Website footer

Checkout page (or clearly linked)

6. Funnel Audit & Testing

Funnel audit before final delivery

End-to-end testing of:

Checkout flow

Payment setup (once approved)

Email automations

Buyer tagging

Mobile responsiveness

7. Ownership, Source Access & Future Scalability

All pages, funnels, automations, forms, tags, and emails to be created directly inside my Systeme.io account

Full ownership and admin-level edit access to all Systeme.io assets after delivery

No locked elements, no external hosting, and no dependency after handover

Future scalability (important):
Since I’ll be adding more products and possibly more websites later, the setup should be done in a modular and scalable way, so future products, pages, and automations can be added quickly without rebuilding existing structures.

I already have a clear design structure and long-term vision, so keeping layouts and logic reusable is important.

Please confirm that the above scope aligns with your proposed service so we can proceed smoothly.

If required, I’m happy to jump on a quick call to explain the design thinking and future roadmap clearly.
