## The Role: A true codesigner, not a task‑taker
We don’t “throw tickets over the wall.” We build together:
- Brainstorming and sketching
- Building pages in real time
- Refining design and micro‑interactions
- Problem‑solving inside **SoWork**
Primary tools:
- **Framer (our home base)**
- A bit of **Shopify**
If Framer is your happy place, you’ll fit right in. If your heart lives in WordPress… we probably won’t vibe. This is a Framer‑first studio.

## Hours & Collaboration
- **24 hours/week minimum** (3 full days)
- We need **5–6 hours/day of overlap**
- Real‑time collaboration, quick idea‑sharing, fast design reviews
Overlap is essential for the codesigner workflow.

## Compensation
We start hourly; weekly hours flex with rate:
- Around **$6/hr → up to 40 hrs/week** possible
- Around **$15/hr → ~24 hrs/week** to start
Long‑term goal: grow into a **full‑time, salaried, core team member**.

Hiring from **Latin America / South America** for overlap and budget:
Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador (and nearby).
