Substack Branding & Template Design

I already have a Substack account but it still looks like the default install. I want a recognizable brand and a polished reader experience, so I need someone who can handle a fully customized Substack layout and newsletter template that carries our branding through each email, the home page, and the archive.

Your work will cover the “design and branding” side of the setup, plus the practical “designing and layout” tweaks inside the account settings. That means uploading the new assets, adjusting theme variables, adding any light CSS needed for spacing or responsiveness, and making sure social-sharing previews, header images, and favicons all line up with the new style. Familiarity with Substack’s editor as well as tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar is a must.

Deliverables
• Custom email/newsletter template implemented directly in Substack and tested
• Home page and post layout customizations live on the site with clear, commented CSS
• Brief hand-over notes so I can update images, colors, and sections myself later
