Sports Event Management Website
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a sports event management company and I need a clean, mobile-friendly website that makes it effortless for visitors to learn about our work and sign up for events. The overall look should be fresh and sporty, but the key priority is usability on both desktop and phone screens.
Homepage
The first screen should immediately highlight our upcoming events. A simple hero section, slider, or card layout that pulls in event teasers is perfect; no extra clutter is needed.
Event pages
Whenever a visitor clicks through to an individual event, the page must clearly show:
• Event description
• Event schedule
• A prominent registration link
Registration flow
All sign-ups must happen through an online form embedded in the site. The form needs basic validation, a success message, and an email notification sent to our team so we can track registrants easily.
Tech and hand-off
I am flexible on the stack—WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom build are all fine as long as they remain easy for a non-developer to update. At hand-off I will need admin access, a short written guide on how to add future events, and confirmation that the form notifications are working.
If you have a sporty design in mind and can deliver a streamlined user experience, I would love to see your approach and timeline.
