Solo Law Firm Website (Wordpress on Hostinger) and Logo Upgrade

I need need my solo law firm website designed and installed. It is not going to be anything super complicated, just professionally looking and fast. I also need to be shown how to update the blog section and add new landing pages. I already have a hosting platform, Hostinger. They use Wordpress and Elementor. If possible, I also need a logo upgrade.

Design idea concepts:

Static Header: Logo on the left edge. Then Home, About, Practice Areas (Drop Down: Estate Planning, HOA Homeowner Consulting), More Information (Drop Down sections: FAQ, Blog, Resources), Contact, and a “Book A Consult Now” Button

Below Static Header would be a hero image, full width, of a male lawyer, button down shirt, no tie, working at a conference table with a middle aged couple (one of them has some gray hair), also casually dressed (button down shirt or sweater. On the image would be headline text: for now put “Your property … Your people … Your plan” and a subheadline “Let’s work together to make your decisions and make them count.”
