Soccer Trial QR Code Design
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a clean, scannable QR code that advertises “Dream Start Soccer is at your centre—scan for a free trial.”
When someone scans the code, it must open a simple contact form that collects only two pieces of information: the child’s name and the parent’s phone number.
Scope
• Build or host the contact form (Google Forms, Typeform, or any lightweight alternative is fine) and send me the link so I can see live submissions.
• Generate the QR code that points to that form.
• Add light branding—colours and a small “Dream Start Soccer” header—so the code looks inviting on posters and flyers.
• Supply high-resolution PNG and vector/SVG files ready for print or digital use, plus the raw form link for future edits.
I don’t have a predefined design, so please suggest a simple layout that keeps the focus on the offer and ensures the code scans reliably. A quick turnaround is preferred; once everything tests correctly, the job is complete.
