Small Business Info Website Build

I run a small business and now need a clean, modern website that focuses on one thing: giving visitors clear, well-structured information about our company. The site should load quickly, look professional on phones and desktops alike, and be simple enough for my team to update without calling a developer for every text change.

Core pages will likely include a welcoming Home page, an About section, a Services or Capabilities overview, and an easy-to-use Contact page with an embedded form and map. I already have a logo and basic wording; what I need is the design, development, and integration work that turns those assets into a polished online presence.

Please build on a widely supported platform (WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS you can maintain efficiently) and set up a straightforward admin area so I can edit text and images later. Clean, semantic HTML5/CSS3, responsive layout principles, and basic on-page SEO best practices should be followed throughout.

• CMS back-end with user guide (short PDF or screen-share video)
