I'm seeking an experienced web designer to create a professional and sleek website to showcase my writing skills and promote my work. I have a WordPress address. Key requirements: - Develop a website to showcase my writing skills and books. - Include a home page, my profile (with photo), tab sections for published works, works in progress, courses developed, future course proposals, plays, blog posts, sample writings, and contact information. - Provide flexibility to add an online store in the future. - Blog section with commenting system, social media sharing, categories and tags. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in building author websites. - Proficiency in web design - Ability to create a flexible and scalable website structure within WordPress. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate throughout the process.
I plan to write mainly, but not exclusively mystery novels and want a theme/color scheme with darkness, golds and reds, something that will be attractive and attention-grabbing at the same time.
