I’m Rahmonjon and I need end-to-end website design and development for a concise, single-page project. The page’s core job is to display a flyer-style banner that I will provide, accompanied by brief descriptive text and contact links. I want it to look clean, load quickly on mobile and desktop, and be easy for me to update later, so please keep the code well-commented and organised.
You’re free to work in plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a lightweight framework such as Bootstrap or Tailwind—whichever lets us move fastest while keeping the site responsive. No complex backend is required; a simple contact form that can forward messages to my email will be enough.
