• Clean, scroll-friendly layout with fast-loading images, concise copy, and gentle animations only if they do not slow performance.
Beyond the visuals, I need on-page best practices baked in: schema markup for HVAC services, well-structured H-tags, meta descriptions aimed at local search phrases, and compressed assets so we hit top scores on mobile speed tests.
