Simple Website with Validated Forms

I want a modern, clean site that follows the general structure and visual feel of freetafefreeuni.org.

The build is straightforward but must be rock solid on form validation and user experience.

Please deliver:
• Main landing page that contains an embedded form.
• A separate dedicated form page.
• Forms must have real-time Australian address lookup
plus strict mobile and email pattern checks on every form.
• Main page, logo, and an easy navigation menu visible on every page.
• Prominent links to four existing Google Docs forms and one external donation page.
• Similar to freetafefreeuni.org or alternative is you can design one better

All pages need to be fully responsive (PC Large Screen, Tablet, Mobile), quick to load, and accessible. I will supply final copy and logos; you handle layout, styling, and any API keys required for the address search.

Once built, hand over clean, well commented code and deployment instructions so I can launch without surprises.
