Simple Website Needed (Content Provided from Brochure)

I need a very simple website for my business. The main purpose is just to have an online presence so customers can view our information.

I already have a domain name purchased via GoDaddy.

I also have a brochure with all the content. The job is mainly to take that content and create a clean, basic website.

Requirements:

3–5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
All content will be provided (from brochure)
Simple and clean design (no fancy features)
Mobile-friendly
Basic contact form
Fast loading website

Scope of Work:

Design and develop the website
Upload and organize content from brochure
Make the website live on my domain (GoDaddy)
Assist with basic setup if required

Preferred (but not mandatory):

Use WordPress so I can edit content easily later

What I don’t need:

No e-commerce
No advanced/custom features
No complex backend systems
