Simple Service Website & Contact Form

I run a professional, service-based company and need a clean, responsive website that quickly tells visitors what I do and makes it effortless for them to reach me. The build is small in scope—just four key areas—but I want each one polished and easy for me to update later.

Deliverables
• Home/Services – concise overview of my services with a clear call-to-action
• About Us – short story, mission, and professional photo
• Contact Us – form that sends straight to my email plus my phone and address details
• Testimonials – section I can expand as new feedback comes in

Please develop the site in a lightweight CMS such as WordPress (Gutenberg blocks are fine) or a well-structured static stack (HTML 5, CSS 3, minimal JavaScript). Pages must load fast, look good on mobile, and be ready for basic on-page SEO (clean URLs, meta tags, alt text). Once complete, hand over all source files, any custom graphics, and clear instructions so I can make simple edits without touching code.
