Simple Property Info Website Build

I’m looking to replace my current site with a clean, modern informational website that re-uses all of my existing content. The goal is to showcase properties clearly while keeping upkeep simple.

What I need
• About Us section using my current copy.
• Contact form that sends enquiries straight to my inbox.
• Property listings area where I can add or delete properties and upload or remove photos with ease.
• Photo galleries inside each listing.
• Testimonials section for client feedback.

Look & feel
I prefer a modern and clean design: light colours, generous white space, fully responsive, and quick to load.

Tech notes
A straightforward CMS—WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom option—is fine as long as I can manage listings without touching code.

Scope of this build
Set up the structure, move over my existing text and images, and make sure everything works smoothly on desktop and mobile. No e-commerce or booking tools required.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website on my host/domain.
2. Admin access plus a short guide so I can update properties and photos myself.
3. Source or theme files handed over at completion.
