Simple Homepage Design Review + Mockup for A+ Autism

I need a small starter project for A+ Autism, an educational app for children with autism, including nonverbal and minimally verbal children.

I am not asking for a full website build. I only need:

1. A quick review of the current homepage design
2. One improved visual homepage mockup
3. Simple suggestions for layout, colors, navigation, and mobile readability

The design should feel clean, calm, trustworthy, and parent-friendly. It should not look too busy or childish.
