Simple External-Link Portfolio Site

I need a lightweight personal portfolio that centres on external links to my work. The core of the site is a clean homepage with a short bio and a section where each project card opens straight to an outside URL—no internal case-study pages are required right now.

Besides the links, I only expect the usual supporting text (project title, one-line description) and, if it helps the presentation, you’re welcome to add placeholder images; however, the site’s main purpose is to drive visitors off-site to view the actual projects.

I haven’t locked myself into a specific visual style, so feel free to propose something modern, minimalist, or another tasteful approach you’re comfortable delivering. What matters most is that the layout looks professional on desktop and mobile, loads fast, and is easy for me to update later.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive portfolio (HTML/CSS/JS or a lightweight framework of your choice)
• Clear instructions or a simple CMS setup so I can swap in new external links without touching code
• All source files and any assets used

Once everything is in place and I confirm the links work as intended, the project will be complete.
