Shopify Website Revamp for Supplements Store

We are looking for an experienced Shopify website developer/designer to help us revamp our current website, www.sunraysupps.com.au
Our business is a supplements retail store with two store locations and also a gym, so we want a website that is professional, easy to navigate, visually strong, and designed to help increase sales and engagement.
We like the clean layout, strong product presentation, smooth flow, and professional appearance of these websites. We are not asking for an exact copy, but we want a similar high quality, modern, and user friendly experience.
What we need done:
*Full Shopify website revamp
*Improve the overall design, layout, and flow of the website
*Keep the website aligned with our current branding and theme colours, black and yellow
*Reorganise our collections so they have the correct headings and the right products in each collection
*Add star reviews to each product
*Add engaging pop ups, such as Subscribe Now, promotions, or email sign up offers
*Improve the website so it looks more polished, professional, and conversion focused
*Make sure both store locations are clearly advertised on the website
*Include clear promotion of our gym as part of the business
*Recommend and implement any other features or improvements that would make the website look and perform better
What we are looking for:
*Someone with strong Shopify experience
*Someone with a good eye for design, layout, and user experience
*Someone who understands ecommerce websites and how to improve conversion and customer engagement
*Someone who can make the website flow well, look great, and feel easy for customers to use
*Someone who can offer professional suggestions and improvements, not just basic edits
Preferred experience:
