Shopify Store Navigation Overhaul

Job ID: 40205663

Budget: $250 – $750 NZD

My current site has just been migrated to Shopify and is sitting unpublished with about 1,400 products. In its present form it feels clunky and hard to move around, so the central task is to rethink the layout with a clear focus on navigation.

I need you to re-architect the main menu and build a logical product categorization system that lets shoppers find items quickly, whether they are browsing or using the search bar. Visual tweaks are welcome, but the priority is usability; every decision should make the path from landing to checkout shorter and clearer.

Key deliverables:
• Intuitive main menu built in Shopify’s menu settings (or appropriate navigation app if you recommend one)
• Clean, scalable category structure applied across all 1,400 products
• Updated collection and product templates reflecting the new hierarchy
• A quick walk-through video or document showing me how to maintain the structure going forward
• Pre-launch QA to confirm links, filters and breadcrumbs all work as expected

You can start from my current theme or suggest a lightweight alternative that supports the new layout. Once the revamp is complete and tested, I will flip the switch to go live.
