Shopify Conversion-Boost Redesign

My Shopify store, Honeylamp.no, is only converting 0.07 % of visitors into buyers and I need to push that up to at least 2 – 3 %. All copy, images and product data can stay exactly as they are—I’m focused on transforming the navigation, layout and calls-to-action so the site feels modern, clean and friction-free.
The biggest pain point is poor navigation and overall user experience. I want a layout that guides shoppers intuitively from landing page to checkout, with prominent “Buy Now” buttons placed where intent is highest. Visual polish matters too, so the redesign should feel sleek and premium while staying on brand.
I’m happy to work iteratively: you’ll clone the current theme, rebuild the key templates (home, collection, product, cart, checkout assets) and fine-tune speed, mobile responsiveness and cross-browser consistency. I’ll track results in Shopify Analytics and Hotjar, so clear gains in add-to-cart rate, session duration and, ultimately, conversion will be our success markers.
