SharePoint Homepage Fix & Form

I run two SharePoint sites focused on document management and the homepages are letting me down. The Recent Activity web-part takes centre stage and the real content is buried. I’d like both pages rebuilt in a mixed view so important information is always front and centre.

• Pin a set of Important announcements so they remain fixed at the top, regardless of new posts.
• Embed an existing Microsoft Form on one of the sites so users can submit feedback directly from the homepage.
• Provide a quick hand-off note so I can update or swap the pinned items myself later.
