Senior WordPress Developer (Custom Theme + CSS) – Luxury Watch Catalog Website (No Checkout)

I am seeking a senior WordPress developer to build a high-end luxury watch catalog website. This is not an e-commerce checkout site — it is a catalog + inquiry platform for a luxury watch brokerage.
Important:
I already have visual and functional reference examples for every page (layout, flow, and style). These examples will be provided and should be followed closely, which will significantly streamline development and reduce guesswork.
The site must feel minimalist, refined, and premium, with strong attention to typography, spacing, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build a custom WordPress site (custom theme or advanced child theme)

Translate our existing page examples into pixel-accurate WordPress templates
Create a Custom Post Type for Watches (no WooCommerce)
Build reusable templates and a refined watch detail layout

Implement inquiry forms (per watch + general) with spam protection
Configure GA4 + Meta Pixel
Secure, optimize, and launch the site

I have all text for each page ready and have access to photos etc. Would like to start with 3 inventory available pages with 6 watches on each page then have ability to click and open up that specific watch to view. I have attached logo and color tone I want. Most of everything is complete I just need it coded or however you recommend to make it real. That part is not my arena of expertise. Thank you
