Semi-Pro Baseball Landing Page

I’m launching an online home for our new local semi-pro baseball league and need a single, polished landing page to point fans, players, and sponsors to. The design reference is here—https://webdeveloper-taslima.github.io/Funrunners-Baseball-Website—use it only as inspiration for color energy and athletic feel; we’re not tied to its layout.

What the page has to do first and foremost is explain who we are. A clean hero section with a brief league overview should flow directly into two key blocks: one outlining our rules and regulations (think quick bullet highlights with a link to download the full PDF) and another making it effortless to reach us—phone, e-mail, and a simple embedded contact form.

Strong, high-quality photos are essential. I’ll supply game-day shots; your job is to work them into a responsive gallery or background banners that load fast on mobile.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive HTML/CSS/JS landing page (no CMS needed at this stage)
• Sections for league overview, rules & regulations, and contact information
• Photo integration optimised for speed and accessibility
• All assets and source files handed over via Git or zipped folder

Acceptance criteria: page passes Google Lighthouse performance >90 on mobile, contact form sends to the test address I’ll provide, and layout holds on screens from 320 px wide upwards.
