Searching For a Skilled Web Designer. (READ PROJECT DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING)
Budget: $100 – $315 CAD
We're looking for a highly skilled website developer to join us on a project-by-project basis, with the potential to evolve into a long term backend partner within our agency.
If you’re used to “quick jobs” and casual commitments, this isn’t for you. We operate a high performance digital agency, and you’ll be building sites that represent real businesses, with real expectations and real results.
The Criteria: (If you can’t match it, please don’t inquire)
– Must be fluent in WordPress (Elementor), Webflow, and other reliable platforms with full control, scalability, and clean backend structure.
– Absolutely no use of cookie cutter platforms like Wix, GoDaddy Builder, or Weebly.
– Builds must be fully responsive, optimized, modern, and clean. Both visually and structurally.
– Response time of 30 mins to 1 hour max during working hours is expected.
– You’ll submit EODs (End of Day Reports) outlining exactly what was completed, what's pending, and any challenges.
– All completed websites must be fully handed over with admin access, documentation, and backups.
Stalling & Miscommunication = Immediate Termination
– If you stall, or overpromise and underdeliver, we won’t let it fly.
– We don’t tolerate dishonesty, slow fades, or fake commitment.
– If there’s even one deliverable you’re unsure about, say so BEFORE you sign on.
Project Framework:
- This is a backend role inside a growing digital agency.
- Projects are paid per project, with terms clearly defined on onboarding.
- Builds aren’t overly complex, but quality must be flawless.
- Long-term opportunities are available for high-performers: full-time backend retainers, bonuses, and recurring client work.
