Our school website has outgrown its look and structure, so I’m commissioning a full makeover that brings it up to modern standards while preserving a classic, professional tone. I want visitors—parents, students, staff, and alumni—to feel immediately at ease and able to find what they need in just a click or two.

The scope divides into two connected tracks:

• Website redesign
– Fresh, responsive layout that reflects our branding and meets basic accessibility guidelines
– Student portal for grades, notices, and downloadable resources
– Password-protected staff portal
– Dynamic event calendar that can sync with Google Calendar
– “Alumni Connect” area for former students to register and network

• SEO foundation
– Full on-page optimisation (titles, meta, schema, alt text, compressed assets)
– Clean URL structure, fast loading speeds, and search-console hand-off
– Brief documentation so my team can maintain rankings after launch
