Scalable Property Media Website System Design

I am looking for a web designer or developer to create a scalable website template system for a property media business.

The goal is to build one core website structure that can be easily duplicated and reused, along with 2-2 clean design variations (for example: modern, luxury, minimal, corporate).

These templates will be used for estate agents and property professionals, so they need to be professional, easy to update, and focused on generating enquiries.

Scope of Work

Build one reusable website system or template
Create 2 visual design variations
Property listing structure with reusable pages
Image galleries and property detail layouts
Contact and enquiry forms
Fully responsive design across devices
Clean, modern user interface

Technical Requirements

Built using a platform suitable for scaling (such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
Easy to duplicate and edit for new clients
Well-structured and organised backend

Future Requirements

The system should be built in a way that allows for future CRM integration (for example, connecting enquiry forms to a CRM). This does not need to be implemented now, but the structure should support it.
