Salient Theme Art Portfolio Revamp
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to give harshaz.in a complete overhaul with the Salient WordPress theme so the site matches where my practice now stands—sculpture, exhibitions and the stories around them. What I need is a clean, visually-driven layout that makes detailed documentation the hero while still feeling light, almost poetic, much like matzu.net. At the same time, I want the strong, well-structured presentation of projects and exhibitions you see on josedavila.mx/exhibitions.
The key content pillars are:
• Sculptures and three-dimensional work
• Current and past exhibitions
• A News & Updates stream I can add to quickly
I’ll rely on your WordPress expertise to set up the pages that matter most to me: Home, Gallery, Exhibitions, About and an Artworks section. Salient’s portfolio and typography options should do most of the heavy lifting, but the final build has to be easy for me to extend—think clear backend labelling, custom post types where useful, and repeatable page templates so I can add new shows or pieces without touching code.
Deliverables
1. Fully configured Salient child theme with all required plugins activated.
2. Page layouts for Home, Gallery, Exhibitions, About and Artworks that mirror the documentation-first style I’ve described.
3. Sample content blocks to show me exactly how to add future sculptures, exhibition entries and news posts.
4. Mobile optimisation, basic SEO structure, and load-speed tuning so the visuals feel instant.
5. A short hand-off guide or screen-share walk-through so I’m confident updating everything myself.
If you’ve built artist or gallery sites before—especially with Salient—let me see them. I’m keen to move quickly once I find the right fit.
