Our rubber processing firm has grown steadily, yet our online presence has never kept pace. I want to change that by launching a clean, fast-loading portfolio website that tells visitors exactly who we are, what we do, and why they should trust us with their rubber conversion needs.
Core objectives
• Present a concise company overview that highlights our decades in compounding, mixing, and molding.
• Detail the specific services and production capabilities we offer, with space for high-resolution factory photos and short process videos.
• Give potential partners an easy way to reach our sales and technical teams through an embedded contact form and clearly displayed phone/email details.
• Ensure the design feels modern and industrial at the same time—reflecting a manufacturing environment while staying mobile-friendly.
Scope of work
– End-to-end website design and build (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS is fine; static HTML with a lightweight framework works too if maintenance remains straightforward).
– Five to seven key pages: Home, About Us, Services, Industries Served, Quality & Certifications, Gallery/Case Studies, Contact.
– Basic on-page SEO setup: keyword-rich meta titles, alt text, and structured headings focused on rubber processing terminology.
– Image optimisation so factory shots load quickly without sacrificing clarity.
– Simple CMS instructions or walk-through video so my in-house staff can swap photos and update text later.
Deliverable acceptance
1. Site loads in under 3 seconds on 4G according to Google PageSpeed Insights.
2. Responsive layout verified on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
3. Contact form delivers to our company email without spam issues.
4. All copy placeholders replaced with text we supply, formatted consistently.
