Revamp Two WordPress Sites

I run two separate WordPress websites: one speaks to everyday retail customers, the other caters strictly to wholesale-to-retail store owners. Both are live and functional, but they need a tidy overhaul so everything looks current and works smoothly.

What I need done
• Refresh the design and underlying theme on both sites so they feel modern, load quickly, and remain fully responsive.
• Bring every core and third-party plugin up to date, replacing anything obsolete with a stable alternative if necessary. Nothing should break in the process.
• Correct all image issues—some photos are stretched, compressed, or simply not loading. Every product shot and banner must appear crisp at the right aspect ratio.
• Restructure the layout on the Product/Service pages and the About/Contact pages only; homepages can stay largely as they are.
• Update all contact details, including addresses, phone numbers, email links, and contact forms, and verify that form submissions reach the right inbox.

A few extra notes
– Each site targets a very different audience, so styling cues and messaging must stay distinct.
– I’m comfortable with popular builders like Elementor or standard block editing—use whichever is most efficient, provided the final pages remain easy for me to maintain.
– Please keep downtime to an absolute minimum; staging first, then push live.
– After completion, a short walkthrough or screen-share showing me where key settings live would be appreciated.
