Revamp Our Existing Company Website

Our corporate website is live but starting to feel dated, so I’d like a comprehensive refresh that touches design, content, and functionality in one coordinated sprint.

First, the visual layer needs polish. I want the overall layout reorganised for better flow and a cleaner hierarchy, plus an updated colour palette and font stack that aligns with our current brand guidelines. Subtle animation or micro-interactions are welcome if they enhance usability and load quickly.

Second, the content itself requires attention. All main pages need copy reviewed and rewritten where necessary, outdated images replaced with new optimised media, and every button or text link verified so nothing redirects to the wrong place—or nowhere at all.

Finally, I’d like several functional tweaks: smoother navigation on mobile, faster page loading, and any small interactive features that lift the user experience without over-engineering the site. Feel free to suggest lightweight scripts or CMS adjustments if they’ll make future updates easier for our in-house team.

Deliverables I’d like handed over:
• Redesigned page templates (HTML/CSS/JS or the theme files our CMS requires) reflecting the new layout, colour scheme, and typography.
• Updated text, images, and links loaded into each page and tested across modern browsers.
• Functional enhancements implemented and documented, including any plugins or custom code added.
• A short hand-off guide so our staff can maintain the new look and feel going forward.
