Responsive Small Business Website

I need a clean, modern website that presents our services attractively and works flawlessly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Its main goal is to showcase what we do, so strong visuals and an intuitive flow are vital. I already have a color scheme, and I’ll supply the exact codes once we start.

Scope
The build will run 4–6 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and one-two optional extras). Content has to load fast, be easy for me to update later, and include a straightforward contact form. A lightweight SEO setup—titles, meta, alt text—is expected so we rank for local searches from day one.

Tech & UX
I’m open to WordPress or a clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript stack; advise which suits long-term edits best. Good UI/UX instincts matter because I want visitors to move naturally from information to inquiry without friction.
