I want a clean, fast-loading portfolio site that presents my professional work elegantly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. The build can rely on straightforward HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or an equally lightweight stack) as long as the code is tidy, well-commented, and easy for me to maintain later.

The site must include:
• About Me
• Projects Gallery
• Contact Information (with a working form that sends to my email)

Beyond those core sections, the overall design should feel modern, intuitive, and SEO-friendly. Page speed matters to me, so please optimise images and minimise any unused code.
