Responsive HTML for Gaming Data

THIS PROJECT WILL CONTAIN NO Javascript.
* I need a single .html file that behaves like a responsive website. And I need it based on the attached file I created from within my computer game.
I wrote a computer game. When the game ends, I gather all the game totals, and I want to write that data out to an .html file that the player can keep and run anytime from their computer, tablet, or phone. This will NEVER be on a server.
The game is 'Hollywood Mogul 4' and some players play for 75 game-years. At the end of the game they might have 300 movie projects. There will be 75 years of Movie Awards, and Series awards.
It is a lot of data to be displayed. It needs to be organized.
I created the attached html file to the best of my ability. It creates a text file from inside the game. I don't know .css, I just copy and pasted it together.
You will turn the attached .html file into a single file responsive website. I will then recreate your .css instructions exactly inside my computer game to write out an html text file each time the player completes a game.
