Responsive Grid Layout Page Design

I need a single HTML page built with a clear row-and-column layout that fluidly adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. The page’s only job is to showcase mixed content—images beside short text blocks—so visual balance and clean typography matter more than heavy interactivity.

Please see attached PDF for example of how it should look. I have also included an image to use.

Deliverables
• One responsive HTML file with embedded CSS
• A brief comment section in the code explaining the grid structure
• Screenshot or short screen-capture proof that the layout scales correctly on the three viewports (desktop ≥1200 px, tablet ~768 px, mobile ≤480 px)

I will consider the task complete once the page renders the provided sample images and text without horizontal scrolling or content overlap on all required devices.
