Responsive Construction Portfolio Site

I need a developer to craft a fully functional, mobile-friendly website for Covil Construction. The single, overriding objective is to present our completed and in-progress projects in a polished online portfolio that feels classic and professional.

The build should include:
• A clean, hero-led homepage that immediately communicates who we are and the calibre of our work.
• A visually driven project gallery with filter or category options, each project opening to its own detail page for images, specs and key achievements.
• A straightforward contact form so visitors inspired by our work can reach us quickly.
• An about section that tells our story and highlights core capabilities, all laid out in a timeless, uncluttered design.

Technical expectations
• Responsive layout that looks flawless on phones, tablets and desktops (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap or similar).
• Smooth image handling (lazy-loading, compression) to keep pages fast while showcasing high-resolution photos.
• SEO-ready structure, SSL, and cross-browser compatibility.
• A lightweight CMS (WordPress, Webflow or equivalent) so my team can add new projects without coding.

Acceptance criteria
1. All core pages load under three seconds on 4G.
2. Gallery items and contact form work perfectly across Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
3. Site passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
4. Final hand-off includes source files, documentation and a short walkthrough video.
