Residential Property Showcase Landing Page

I want a crisp, modern landing page that instantly highlights our residential listings. The page should feel aspirational yet trustworthy, using full-width imagery, concise copy, and clear navigation to let visitors browse featured homes without distraction. A hero section with a striking neighbourhood shot, a curated gallery or carousel for new listings, and elegant cards that reveal key details on hover would suit the look I’m after. Smooth scroll, subtle animations, and mobile-first responsiveness are must-haves so the page feels as good on a phone as it does on a desktop.

I’m comfortable if you design directly in Figma, Elementor, or a lightweight React/Next.js stack—use whichever you’re fastest with—so long as I receive both the source files and a deploy-ready version (HTML/CSS/JS or a theme export). Optimised images, clean semantic markup, and page-speed best practices need to be baked in; Core Web Vitals should stay in the green.
