PG Rental Website With Booking
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
The site I have in mind is entirely geared toward turning visitors into paying guests. As soon as someone lands on the homepage I want them to see, at a glance, the room types with starting prices, a quick-scan list of amenities (Wi-Fi, meals, laundry, security, etc.), and a map or section that spotlights how close we are to local colleges, offices, and transport hubs.
Key elements you’ll build into the site:
• A clean, mobile-responsive design with fast load times.
• An enquiry / booking form that pushes leads straight to my email or WhatsApp. No dead ends—every page should include a clear call-to-action.
• Space to embed a 360° virtual tour (I’ll supply the footage).
• A reviews & testimonials section I can add to easily from an admin panel.
Pages can be simple—Home, Rooms & Prices, Amenities, Location, Reviews, Contact/Book Now—but each must be optimised for search and speed. I’d like a user-friendly CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) so I can update pictures, prices, and text without touching code.
Deliverable acceptance criteria:
1. Fully responsive site tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
2. Booking/enquiry form sends notifications reliably and stores submissions in the dashboard.
3. Virtual tour embeds correctly on all major browsers.
4. Reviews section editable through the CMS.
5. Site handed over with login credentials and a brief walkthrough.
