Redesign for Multilingual TKIF.ORG Website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We have identified several website templates that can serve as a foundation for the redesign of tkif.org. These templates offer full customization in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the sign-in/sign-up pages and other interface components, all within a budget of under $1,000.
The templates for your review are:
Charifund – Charity Donation & Fundraising HTML Template
https://preview.themeforest.net/item/charifund-charity-donation-fundraising-html-template/full_screen_preview/55506550
Charitics – NGO & Non-Profit HTML Template
https://preview.themeforest.net/item/charitics-ngo-non-profit-html-template/full_screen_preview/56360349
Chalilac – Nonprofit Charity Template
https://preview.themeforest.net/item/chalilac-nonprofit-charity-template/full_screen_preview/17642058
Before proceeding, please carefully review the current flow, structure, and layout of our website (tkif.org). The customization must not replicate the same design as the templates above but instead reflect our existing website’s architecture, color scheme, and user experience vision.
Your task is to:
Adapt one of these templates to align with TKIF’s branding, layout, and navigation flow.
Ensure the visual elements and color palette are consistent with our current identity.
Include fully customized pages for sign-in, sign-up, and other interactive components.
Maintain total project cost below $1,000.
Please share your proposed approach, estimated timeline, and final quotation once you have reviewed both our website and the template options.
Thank you,
Husam Addin Karman

Project: Full redesign of the Tawakkol Karman Foundation (TKIF.ORG) public website.
Stack for delivery: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (clean, modular, framework-agnostic; if you want a utility library, propose it).
Must-haves: Multilingual (EN/AR/TR) with Arabic RTL, strong accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), fast, responsive, easy to navigate. TKIF runs a separate public portal for scholarships/events/helpdesk that should be clearly linked from the main site.
www.tkif.org
+1
1) Brand, Tone, and Visual Direction
Look & feel: Professional, credible, human-centered; imagery of real projects/people; optimistic and peace-focused.
Color & type: Calm, trustworthy palette (blues/greens with warm accent). High contrast for readability. Use a web-safe, bilingual-friendly type pairing with strong Arabic support.
Layout: Spacious, grid-based, large headings, generous white space. Consistent card components for news, programs, and stories.
2) Global UX Requirements
Header:
Left: TKIF logotype (click → Home).
Center/Right: Primary nav for sections in the IA below + language switcher (EN | AR | TR), Donate CTA, Search.
Persistent link/button to Portal (opens in same tab is fine). The TKIF Portal hosts scholarships, events booking, helpdesk, appointments, and forum. Label clearly (e.g., “TKIF Portal”).
portal.tkif.org
+1
Footer:
Quick links (all top-level sections), social icons, newsletter signup, contact details (address, email), legal (Privacy, Terms, Cookies), and sitemap link.
Search: Sitewide search box (autocomplete optional).
Languages & RTL: AR pages must be RTL with mirrored layout and proper typography; EN/TR are LTR. Language switching preserves current page context where possible.
www.tkif.org
Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA, keyboard navigation, focus states, skip links, alt text, semantic HTML, ARIA where needed.
Performance: Lighthouse ≥ 85 mobile, defer non-critical JS, lazy-load media, responsive images (srcset, sizes).
3) Information Architecture (site map)
(Implement exactly, with room for future subpages.)
