Rebuild \Website on WordPress

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer/designer to rebuild our existing corporate website (www.cailiq.com) into a modern, professional, and high-quality website.

The website represents an engineering company operating in the oil & gas sector, so the design must reflect a strong corporate identity, professionalism, and trust.

Scope of Work:

1. Recreate the current website using WordPress
2. Use modern UI/UX design suitable for corporate/industrial companies
3. Maintain and structure the existing content (content is already prepared)
4. Improve layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
5. Ensure the website is fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Key Requirement (IMPORTANT):
Before starting development, you must provide:

1. A shortlist of WordPress templates/themes (3–5 options)
2. Templates should be suitable for:
3. Engineering / Oil & Gas / Industrial companies
We will select one template before implementation

Technical Requirements:

1. Clean, optimized WordPress setup
2. Fast loading speed
3. SEO-friendly structure
4. Basic security best practices (secure forms, no unnecessary plugins)
5. Easy-to-manage backend (no complex custom code unless required)

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with corporate or industrial websites
2. Ability to suggest improvements to structure or UX
3. Experience with performance optimization
