Rebuild Hotel Site in WordPress

I am moving glenallanhotel.com away from its current drag-and-drop builder and want the same content reconstructed on WordPress so I can run everything on my own server. The existing site is only a handful of pages, so this is a tightly scoped rebuild rather than a full redesign; however, I would like it refreshed into a modern-and-clean WordPress theme that loads fast and is easy for me to edit later.

Essential features to carry across are a simple contact form and a tidy photo gallery that I can expand over time. No booking engine is required right now. The finished site must look great on phones, tablets, and desktops, and you should set up responsive breakpoints accordingly.
