Real Estate WebSite Design
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I will have all of the groundwork ready—colour palette, fonts, sample layouts, and the full text for roughly ten pages—so I need a skilled designer who can turn that material into a polished, fully-responsive mini-site that feels like a real-estate catalogue.
Scope
The pages behave like product pages, but instead of physical items they showcase services: each page must present one house or apartment, with clear photo galleries, key facts, and a short description drawn from my copy. Think clean “property sheet” layouts that let visitors scan images first and dive into details when they wish.
Assets provided
• Style guide (hex codes, font)
• Texts in German language for the pages
• photos for every listing (2-3 listings in brief)
What I need from you
• Build layout for approximately ten WordPress pages
• Implement the prescribed colours and fonts exactly
• Create a simple property showcase section —hero image, slider or gallery, bullet-point specs, and a contact button that links to an existing enquiry form
• Optimise for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Timeline
Everything must be approved and ready to hand over by Thursday, 9 Oct, before 11:00am CET. Means the first version should be ready within 24 hrs allowing some feedback loop. I will be available for rapid feedback during European business hours to keep the process moving.
Deliverables
1. A layout (eg in Figma) site containing all ten pages easy to transfer to wordpress for building the website
2. A short hand-off note explaining where to edit images, text blocks, and gallery settings
