Psychology Practice Website Revamp

Job ID: 40481357

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My private psychology practice is ready for a fresh online presence that actively turns visitors into new clients. The existing site feels dated and the homepage—our first point of contact—doesn’t convey the warmth or professionalism I want. I need a skilled web designer-developer who can rethink the visual identity, streamline the navigation, and craft engaging copy or layout suggestions that gently guide prospective clients toward booking an appointment.

Key objectives
• Redesign the homepage so it’s welcoming, modern, and conversion-focused.
• Ensure every change supports the main goal: attracting more clients through clear calls-to-action, easy appointment booking, and trust-building elements (e.g., testimonials, credentials).
• Keep the rest of the site visually consistent with the new homepage—even small styling tweaks or template updates are fine if a full rebuild isn’t required.

What I’ll look for in your bid
I’m most interested in your experience: show me psychology, healthcare, or other service-based sites you’ve revamped, and tell me briefly how those redesigns improved client inquiries or conversions. A concise outline of the approach you’d take here is a plus, but spare me long boilerplate proposals.

Technical notes
The current site runs on WordPress, so solutions that leverage modern WordPress themes, Gutenberg blocks, Elementor, or similar tools are welcome. If you prefer another platform, let me know why it would suit a small practice and outline any migration needs. Site speed, mobile responsiveness, and basic on-page SEO adjustments should be part of the package.

Timeline & deliverable
I’d like the refreshed homepage within two weeks of kickoff, with any follow-up tweaks to secondary pages completed shortly after. I’ll provide branding guidelines, copy updates, and photography as needed; you deliver a polished, live website plus any design files or style guides created during the project.
