Property Ops Staffing Website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a boutique operations-management and staffing firm that caters exclusively to property management companies and homeowners associations. To introduce the brand and explain how we streamline vendor coordination, site inspections, and on-site staffing, I need a polished informational website.
Core structure
The site revolves around four pages—About Us, Services Offered, Pricing, and Contact Us. Every page should funnel visitors toward the Services section because learning about what we do is the main action I want them to take; contact or quote requests are secondary yet still visible.
Look & feel
Clean, modern lines, community-oriented imagery (residential complexes, high-rise exteriors, clubhouse interiors), and a color palette that signals professionalism and trust will resonate with our target audience of HOA board members and property managers.
Platform & functionality
Build on something I can maintain easily—WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly intuitive CMS—fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop. A simple contact form must route directly to my inbox, and basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions) should target phrases such as “property management operations” and “HOA staffing.”
Deliverables
• Responsive website with the four pages above
• Home page that clearly drives traffic to Services Offered
• CMS access and brief training or hand-off notes so I can update copy and images
• Contact form set-up and tested
• Starter SEO tags aimed at our niche
Acceptance criteria: pages render flawlessly on common browsers and devices, navigation is intuitive, the form submits successfully to my email, and each core section—About Us, Services Offered, Pricing, Contact Us—is present and functional.
Please share links to B2B or real-estate sites you’ve built so I can see your design approach.
