Property Development Showcase Landing Page

I need a brand-consistent partner landing page added to our existing website that belongs to the property-development arm of the business. Its single purpose is to let potential partners browse and admire our completed and in-progress developments, so the entire page should centre on visually rich project showcases presented in a clean grid layout.

For every project tile the visitor opens, I want to present:
• Project descriptions
• Images or galleries
• Client testimonials

The new page must feel seamless next to our current corporate site—same fonts, colours and overall look—yet stand alone as the “development” section. Please deliver a responsive, production-ready page (HTML/CSS/JS or within our CMS theme files, whichever you prefer) plus any assets and clear instructions for swapping in future projects.

Acceptance criteria
• Grid loads quickly and keeps its structure across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Each project card expands or links to a detail view with the three content types above.
• Code is clean, documented and easy for our in-house team to maintain.
